Smart Label Printer Models 220 and 120

Changing the Label Type

To use a different label type, choose 

Properties

 from the 

label context menu or the Label menu and select the label 
type from the list. The new label type is reflected in the 
window when you click 

OK

.

Saving the Format

Changes to the label’s format can be saved to an existing 
format or as a new format.

1 If you want to save changes to one of the default Smart 

Label Icons, position the pointer over the icon to display 
the format name.

2 Choose 

Save format

 from the Format menu. The Save 

Format wizard appears. Click the Next button to move 
through the wizard.

3 Enter a new format name or select an existing format 

from the list.

4 If saving a new format, select an icon to represent the 

format.

5 To assign a new format to a Smart Label Icon, select the 

icon that you want to replace.
