 Wiring the Control Box

2015 Sacksafoam I Operations Manual

4.

Check that the control box and injection pump operate.  Install the cam lock cap on the foam outlet 
port to prevent the dispensing of foam.  Set the dispense time switch to five seconds.  Turn the on/
off switch ON.  Momentarily lift the dispense switch.  The orange dispensing light should come on 
and the injection pump should run for five seconds.  

Cable Adapter Assembly

•

#1 Plugs into wire harness power/control plugs.

•

#2 Plugs into controller FSC.

•

#3 Plug for remote control switch.  Customer must supply male plug D sub, type 9P
male wire and SPST.  Momentary switch is connected to PINs 1 and 2.  Recommended
use of a MS 24523-28 switch. 

Caution

Excessive force or twisting on the wiring connector can damage the contacts.
