The device and its connection cables are to be kept away from
children younger than 8 years. The device is not a toy.
DANGER!
•
Never connect the device to the power supply if the device,
the power cord or the mains plug are visibly damaged.
•
In case of danger or in case of a defect, pull the mains plug
immediately out of the socket.
•
Never try to repair the device yourself. If your device does not
work properly, contact the retailer where you pur chased the
device.
•
Never open the housing of the device.
•
If the power supply cord is damaged it may only be replaced
by the manufac turer or by a manufacturer-authorized after-
sales service or by a qualifi ed specialist (electrical engineer) to
avoid hazards.
•
Never operate a defective device.
•
Never operate a device that has fallen down.
•
The use of accessories which are not recommended by the
manufacturer can lead to fi re, electrical shock or injury.
• Never operate the device if the coff ee pot has cracks in the
glass or the handle is damaged.
DANGER!
• If a system part is damaged, avoid open fl ames and sources of
ignition. Contact your customer service immediately.
•
When unpacking the device make sure that the components of
the packaging (polyethylene bags, polystyrene pieces) should
not be within the reach of children.
RISK OF SUFFOCATION!
•
Do not connect the device to the power supply before you
have not completely removed all packaging components and
transport locks.
•
Operate the device with 220-240V~/ 50-60Hz AC voltage only.
All power supply cables that are damaged must be replaced
by a qualifi ed specialist (electrical engineer).
