X - FAULT CONTROLS
GENERAL DETAILS
The SFX+ can manage the following fault controls:
- Electrical fault
- dust removal solenoid valve cut off
- dust removal solenoid valve permanently passing (1 per module)
- dust removal solenoid valve permanently passing (1 per slave box)
- Cell opening fault
- Cell closing fault
- Mini pressure fault
- Pressostatic fault - dust removal solenoid valve not open
- Re-inflation fault
- Dust emission fault SV or general
- Link/dialogue fault.
In the standard version, only electrical faults and link/dialogue are managed.
All faults are memorised by the SFX+ in its internal memory. However, the fault display only memorises
the first 20 faults appeared and dates them. The first fault is the oldest fault and the 20
th
is the most recent.
When at least 1 fault appears, the red fault LED on the front panel illuminates.
The fault is acknowledged by pressing the Reset button on the front panel in fault visu mode. The
displayed fault is acknowledged from the Display battery and from the internal memory.
Note: depending on SFX+ configuration, some faults can be reset automatically.
If acknowledging the fault frees up a space in the display battery and if the SFX+ still has at least 20
faults in its memory, a fault from this internal memory takes the 20
th
position and is displayed with the
current date with the other faults being renumbered depending on their position.
When the internal memory contains no faults, the red LED on the front panel is extinguished and in the
standard version, the electrical fault relay rises.
Other fault signals on relays can be included depending on filter configuration.
E.g.:
cell opening fault relay
cell closing fault relay, etc.
These will not be detailed in this manual but will appear in the wiring diagrams supplied with the
equipment.
