MINI PRESSURE FAULT
The compressed air headers associated to the cells forming the filter are each fitted with a pressostat and
an isolation valve on the compressed air inlet. A min pressure level is permanently checked by the SFX+.
If the compressed air pressure falls below this limit, the SFX+ generates a min pressure fault and isolates
the header by controlling the isolation valve.
In visu mode, the fault is displayed as follows:
The red fault LED on the front panel is associated to these faults.
If necessary, additional signalling can be included using relay outputs (see wiring diagrams).
When the power is switched on, or when the filter is switched on, the isolation valves are controlled so as
to inflate the headers with time T8 initialised. The min pressure must have been reached before the end of
time T8, otherwise min pressure fault or faults are generated and the associated headers are isolated.
Likewise, when acknowledging a min pressure fault, the SFX+ authorises inflation by controlling the
isolation valve and initialises time T8. The min pressure must be reached before the end of time T8
otherwise the fault is generated again and the header isolated.
Remark: this fault type is automatically reset if the header pressure becomes correct (right now, it never
arrive because the A/C supply of this one is cut).
Note: it’s possible to adjust T8 to 0. In this case, the mini pressure control is not made.
