section on the top right hand side of the screen. Then follow these steps:

Step 1
Select
“SUPPORT”
and
“BOOK A SERVICE”.
Step 2
On the
“FIND A SERVICE AGENT”
page, enter your
POSTCODE
and select a category
(for example
“CW3 DUAL SYSTEM”
), select the “
SEARCH
” button.
Step 3
On the
“RESULTS”
page, select the
“BRAND”
of your cooler.
Step 4
Choose
“SELECT”
for your preferred agent from the list provided.
Step 5
Select
“BOOK A SERVICE”
