Earth/Ground Instructions 

 
This  instrument  must  be  properly  connected  to  protective  earth/ground.  In  the  event  of 
malfunction  or  breakdown,  the  earth/ground  will  reduce  the  risk  of  electric  shock  by 
providing a path of least resistance for electric current. 
 
The Vortex M6 must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed 
and  connected  to  a  protective  earth/ground  in  accordance  with  all  local  codes  and 
ordinances. 

 

 

• DO NOT modify the plug provided with the instrument – if it will not fit the outlet, have a
