this wood heater must be installed according to standard trade practices(as per aS/nZS 2918:2001),
according to the manufacturer’s instructions, in addition to local and national regulations (the most
restrictive of the regulations are applicable). This appliance must be installed by a qualified and licensed
professional.
the manufacturer is only an equipment designer and the following elements are not part of its
prerogatives:
• the design of heating installations
• thermal studies
• the creation of networks of heating distribution ducts
These are the domain of professional installers having the required qualifications.
this appliance was designed and built in compliance with australian and new Zealand standards. it
has been tested by an independent laboratory in order to validate the installation and commissioning
parameters. Any alterations to the appliance may cause a hazard and will void any warranties.
aXiS wood heaters are not work site incinerators. the combustion of any materials not listed in this
manual (pg, 18) may lead to damage to some of the appliance’s components.
