cautions
To
prevent
the
accumulation
on
the
ice
cubes
of
undesirable
batteries
it
is
necessary
to
observe
the
following
indications.
Do
not
store
anything
in
the
ice
storage
bin.
Do
not
store
explosive
substances
such
as
aerosol
cans
with
flammable
propellant
in
this
appliance.
Keep
ice
scoop
clean
and
disinfected.
During
the
cleaning
of
the
floor
near
the
machine
pay
attention
that
dust
does
not
get
sucked
in
the
unit
by
the
fan
motor.
To
avoid
damage
to
the
unit:
Never
shut
‐
off
the
water
supply
with
the
machine
in
operation.
Do
not
place
on
top
and
around
the
ice
maker
any
sort
of
goods,
which
can
limit
proper
ventilation
and
jeopardize
hygienic
conditions.
Troubleshooting
Before
contacting
the
authorised
service
centre
make
sure
that
the
external
switch
and
the
on/off
button
are
ON
and
the
water
cock
is
open.
If
there
is
an
external
water
treatment
devices,
check
that
it
is
not
obstructed.
If
the
equipment
doesn't
produce
enough
ice,
check
and
clean
the
air
filter.
Also
make
sure
that
the
ambient
and
inlet
water
temperatures
do
not
exceed
by
too
much
the
ones
specified
at
page
4
of
the
manual.
In
case
of
equipment
malfunction
the
red
alarm
button
will
light
up
on
the
display.
Hold
the
red
capacitive
alarm
button
pressed
for
five
seconds
to
display
the
current
alarm,
then
refer
to
the
following
table
listing
the
suggested
solutions;
in
any
case
also
inform
the
Scotsman
service
centre.
