Maintenance
and
cleaning
The
following
is
a
list
of
recommended
cleaning
and
maintenance
operations
that
will
help
to
keep
the
equipment
in
good
working
order.
These
guidelines
must
not
be
assumed
as
absolute
and
unchanging.
The
cleaning
of
the
water
circuit,
in
particular,
strictly
depends
on
ambient
conditions
and
above
all
on
the
quality
of
the
water
used
and
on
the
presence
or
absence
of
filters.
You
must
work
out
a
specific
maintenance
plan
for
each
unit,
taking
into
account
the
characteristics
of
the
place
where
it
is
installed.
WARNING:
before
performing
any
cleaning
and
maintenance
operation
make
sure
that
the
machine
is
disconnected
from
the
mains
outlet;
DO
NOT
use
a
pressurised
water
jet
to
clean
the
equipment.
Daily
maintenance
It
must
be
performed
by
the
user
of
the
DXN
Dispenser,
and
consists
of
the
following
operations:
1.
Clean
the
outside
panels
of
the
machine
and
the
display
with
a
disposable
sanitising
wipe
or
cloth
moistened
with
a
specific
chlorine
‐
free
product
for
stainless
steel.
2.
Remove
the
water
and
ice
dispensing
spouts,
turn
them
clockwise
and
extract
them
Immerse
them
into
a
sanitising
solution
for
10
minutes,
then
rinse
them
and
reinstall
them.
4.
Pour
warm
water
and
soap
or
a
sanitising
solution
into
the
reservoir,
paying
attention
that
it
doesn't
flow
out.
5.
Remove
the
reservoir
and
the
grill,
then
thoroughly
clean
the
filter
located
on
the
reservoir
drain
fitting
