Calibration Procedure

Calibration must be performed:

•

after

performing the valve test to confirm that the installation

is correct (see “Chapter 3: Installing GPSteer”)

•

with tight, properly functioning linkage and steering hydraulics

•

on a hard, flat surface (rough or uneven surfaces will make it
difficult to calibrate)

•

using a safe speed (between 4 and 10 m.p.h.) until the system
is calibrated

Perform the following steps in order to calibrate your new
GPSteer system.

1. Set the flow rate

2. Set the proportional band

3. Set the sensitivity

4. Adjust remaining miscellaneous settings as needed

Warning!

Do not exceed a safe speed (4-10 m.p.h.) during the
calibration procedure!
