tension

NOTICE

After adjusting the rollers check the entire track to ensure all of
the rollers are free from play.

Track width

1. Apply marking paste to all guideways.
2. Move the guided slides.
3. Check the running track width – track width B = 4 – 5.3mm.

7.8 Changing the stroke measuring system

NOTICE

•

Due to the adjustment work required, the stroke measuring
system should only be changed by specialist personnel.

7.8.1 Main components

Different measuring systems are used in the drives. This operating
manual describes two measuring systems.
• LE 100
• TTK70
For more information on the optical stroke measuring systems,
refer to the separate operating manuals.
