7. Repairs and cleaning
7.1 Cleaning
Please clean all frame elements regularly with a sponge or damp cloth; making sure
that water droplets are removed. Please clean with a mild household detergent for
severer dirt. It is important to thoroughly dry the seat pan subframe after cleaning.
7.3 Spare parts
Should you wish to order spare parts, please contact the specialist dealer who
supplied you with the product, stating the serial number of the seat pan subframe
(see 10.5).
7.2 Repairs
Please carry out a daily visual inspection and check the seat pan subframe re-
gularly for cracks, breaks, missing parts and malfunctions. In case of a defect or
malfunction, please contact the specialist dealer who supplied you with the product
(see Point 10.5).
7.4 Mounting / repairing the tyres
Mounting or repairing the tyres is done in the same way as for normal bicycle tyres.
Before inserting the new inner tube, make sure that the rims and inner wall of the
tyres are free of foreign particles. Check the tyre pressure after mounting or repair.
Tyre pressure in line with the regulations and tyres in perfect condition are impor-
tant requirements for safety and way the seat pan subframe is driven.
The correct tyre pressure is stated on the respective tyre casing or under the tech-
nical data (see Point 7.5)

Pneumatic guide wheels 6 x 1.1/4“ 2.5 bar
Pneumatic rear wheels 16 x 1.75“ 4 bar
20 x 1.3/8“ 4 bar
22 x 1.3/8“ 4 bar
8. Guarantee
The two-year statutory guarantee period shall apply for all products. This guarantee
period shall begin with the delivery or handover of the goods. Should a verifiable
material or manufacturing fault occur within this time period, we shall, after carriage
paid return to us, view the indicated damage and, if applicable, either repair or de-
liver a new product at our discretion.
