All the necessary precautions must b e taken in order
to install the appliance in con f ormity with current
accident-prevention regulations ( CE I - U N I -C I G)
relating to gas and electrical connections . To ensure
sit-on ho b s installed in kitchen ca b inets operate
correctly, the minimum distances indicated should
b e o b served ( see f igure ). All adjacent sur f aces and
the b ack panel should also b e a b le to withstand an
overheating temperature o f 65 ° C .
S ecuring t he a ppli a nce to t he c a b ine t
The appliance must b e installed on a per f ectly level
supporting sur f ace .
Any de f ormities caused b y improper f i x ing could
a ff ect the f eatures and operation o f the ho b .
• Be f ore f itting the ho b to the worktop, position the
seal provided along the perimeter o f the ho b , as
illustrated in the f igure .
• The installation cavity should have the dimensions
indicated in the f igure accompanying the previous
paragraph .
Fi x the ho b as f ollows :
1 . U se the screws supplied to f it the 4 alignment
springs in the holes provided at the central point o f
each side o f the part underneath the ho b .
2 . Place the ho b in the cavity, make sure it is in a
central position and push down on the whole
perimeter until the ho b is stuck to the supporting
sur f ace .
