5. Wartung
5.1 Allgemein
Bei äußerer Verschmutzung mit weichem Lappen und Seifenlauge
max. 60° C) reinigen. Darauf achten, dass der Schalldämpfer
nicht
mit
Seifenlauge getränkt wird!
5.2 Filter
Die Zeitdauer des freien Saugens ohne Werkstück beeinflusst maßgeblich
die vorzeitige Filterverschmutzung!
Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig den Verschmutzungsgrad des angebauten
Vakuumfilters. Starke Verschmutzung führt zur Leistungsminderung (längere
Ansaugzeiten; niedrigeres Vakuum). Bei starker Verschmutzung sollte der
Filter gereinigt bzw. ausgetauscht werden. Entfernen Sie dazu die
Befestigungsschrauben am Filtergehäuse

- trockene Stäube können von
innen nach außen
ausgeblasen werden, bei feuchtem oder öligem Schmutz ist nur ein
Austausch empfehlenswert.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Introduction
Clean the outside of the unit as necessary with a soft cloth and soap
solution (max. 60° C). Take care that the silencer does not become
saturated with soap solution!
5.2 Filter
Free suction for long periods without a workpiece will result in premature
contamination of the filter!
Check the contamination level of the vacuum filter at regular intervals.
Excessive dirt in the filter reduces the performance (longer suction times,
lower vacuum). The filter should be cleaned or replaced when it is dirty. To
do this, remove the securing screws from the filter housing

and take out
the filter insert

. Dry dust can be blown out with compressed air
from the
inside outwards
. If the dirt is damp or oily, we recommend replacing the
filter insert.
Das Filtergehäuse selbst darf
nur mit Seifenlauge
(max. 60° C) gereinigt
werden. Die Formdichtung am Filtergehäuse kann mit
Seifenlauge
oder
Waschbenzin
gereinigt werden.
Achtung:
Bei Montage des Filtergehäuses nach Reinigung
Einlegen der Dichtung nicht vergessen!
Alle Schrauben einsetzen und gleichmäßig anziehen!
Drehmoment der Befestigungsschrauben für das Filtergehäuse: 0,8 Nm.
Das Filtergehäuse darf nicht mit Cyancrylatkleber in Kontakt kommen.

verschmutzt werden, so dass sich die Saugleistung verringert. Er sollte
dann ausgetauscht werden. Eine Reinigung ist auf Grund der
Kapillarwirkung des porösen Materiales nicht empfehlenswert.
5.3 Silencer
The silencer

can become filled with dust, oil, etc. in the course of time.
This will cause the suction capacity to be reduced. When this occurs, the
silencer should be replaced, since the capillary effect of the porous
material used in it makes cleaning difficult or even impossible.
5.5 Tauschen der Membrane
Demontage alte Membrane:
1.
Einstellschraube [1] bis Anschlag ausdrehen
2.
Vier Befestigungsschrauben [2] im Schaltkopf [3] lösen
(innenliegender Zylinderstift bleibt in Buchse der Steuerplatte [4])
3.
Membrane [5] herausnehmen und Druckfeder [6] wieder einstecken.
Montage neue Membrane:

Neue Membrane [5] auf Schaltkopf [3] legen und vier Schrauben [2]
wieder in Schaltkopf stecken. Position der zwei zusätzlichen
Bohrungen [7] in Membrane beachten!

Schaltkopf [3] auf Steuerplatte [4] legen (Zylinderstift zwischen
Schaltkopf und Steuerplatte beachten) und Schrauben [2] handfest
anziehen.

Nach Zusammenbau des Ejektors Druckluft einschalten und mit
Einstellschraube [1] den gewünschten Schaltpunkt einstellen
(empfohlen zwischen -0,65 mbar und -0,70 mbar).
5.5 Changing the diaphragm
Removing the old diaphragm:
1. Unscrew the adjusting screw [1] as far as it will go.
2. Loosen the four securing screws [2] in the switching head [3]
(leave the inner pin in the hole in the control plate [4]).
3. Remove the diaphragm [5] and insert the pressure spring [6] again.
Installing the new diaphragm:
4. Place the new diaphragm on the switching head and insert the four
securing screws in the switching head. Note the position of the two
additional holes [7] in the diaphragm!
5. Place the switching head [3] on the control plate [4] (note the pin
between the switching head and the control plate) and tighten the
screws [2] by hand.
6. After assembly of the ejector, turn on the compressed air and adjust
the screw [1] for the desired switching point
(recommended value: between
–0.65 mbar and –0.70 mbar).
