12. Troubleshooting
The table below contains a list of fault symptoms and explains what you can do to remedy the problem if your equipment
fails to work properly. If the problem still persists after working through the list, please contact your nearest service work-
shop.

Motor won't start
• No mains power (power failure)
• Connection lead defect
• Motor or switch defect
• Check fuse (10 A)
• Replace lead or have lead checked (electrician).
Never use defect lead
• Contact the service centre
Material is not sucked in
properly (reduced
vacuuming power)
• Machine is clogged or blocked

Bag too full
• Speed setting too low (only for garden vacs
with fully variable speed control)
• Extension cable too long, or crosssection
too small. Socket too far away from main
connection, and crosssection of connection
lead too small.
• Eliminate the blocking, call the service if required
• Empty bag
• Adjust to higher speed
• Extension cable at least 1,5 mm
