18. Trouble shooting

The diamond cutting wheel is dull

Replace the diamond cutting wheel with a

new one

The motor switches off during

work

The motor switches off due to over-

loading, e.g. from excessive cutting

depth.

Wait until the motor has cooled down (5-10

minutes), then switch it on again.

The pump shuts off

The pump switches off due to over-

loading, e.g. due to heavy contami-

nation.

Immediately shut down the machine. Clean

the pump and restart the machine after ap-

prox. 5-10 minutes. Attention! Never perform

dry cuts!

The cutting process is not

optimal

The cutting wheel is too heavily

stressed

Use a suitable cutting wheel, reduce cutting

pressure

Diamond segments are too dull
