Manual programming
Operating elements for programming:
1 LED (yellow / red)
2 Lower sensor area
Attention!
For manual programming, always cover the upper (1) and
lower (2) sensor area at a distance of approx. 10 mm!
The following table provides an overview of the main programs and the
available parameters for programming the fitting manually:
Programming is carried out in four steps, which are briefly summarised
here.
1.
Start manual programming
Disconnect the power supply — wait at least 20 s — and reconnect the
power supply.
When the electronics are booting, the LED in the sensor field flashes red/
yellow.
Do not put your hands into the sensor area during this phase!
Afterwards the LED is red for max. 7 s. During this red phase, cover the
sensor field and keep it covered. Programming mode is started.
2.
Select function (F1 - F3)
The functions are now indicated one at a time by the flashing yellow LED
(see table).
To select a function, uncover the sensor field when the corresponding
code is flashing.

As an example it is shown how to set the “range” func-
tion (F1) to “long” (P3).
3.
Set parameters
The flashing red LED shows you the currently set parameter (see table).
By covering the sensor field again you can set the corresponding para
-
meter. The parameters are indicated one at a time by the flashing red
LED (see table).
To set a parameter, uncover the sensor area when the corresponding
code is flashing.
4.
Start operation
After leaving the sensor field, the programming mode starts once again
with a time window of 7 seconds (red LED is on continuously).
If the sensor field is not covered during these 7 seconds, the program
-
ming is completed. The fitting is now ready for use.
