Milk settings
Beverage-specific settings for milk volume are available in the "Individual beverage configura-
tion".
►
Select the "Configuration" main menu and the "Beverage configuration" menu.

Select the beverage field that is to be adjusted.
The selection window for beverage adjustment opens.
►
Select the "Modify beverage settings" submenu in the selection window.
"General settings" open in the "Single beverage setting".

Using the control dial, set the milk volume in the "Adjust milk volume" parameter to the re-
quired value between -50% and 100%.
If a setting of e.g -10% is made, the output volume of e.g. 250 ml is reduced to 225 ml.
Water volume
1–600 ml
Standard values are:
25 ml (Ristretto)
35 ml (Espresso)
110 ml (Coffee)
35 ml (Cappuccino)
35 ml (Milk coffee)
35 ml (L. macchiato)
35 ml (Chociatto)
35 ml (White americano)
35 ml (Americano)
Defines the water quantity for the selected beverage.
Bypass water
"With coffee"
"After/before coffee":
0-30 sec
Setting "With coffee", "Before coffee" or "After coffee".
The setting for the bypass water is always made in sec.
Note the instructions in the "Bypass brewing accelerator/
Additional water" parameter.
The "Bypass water present" system parameter is active and
a bypass function is selected in the "Bypass brewing acce-
lerator/Additional water" parameter.

0-9.9 sec

"Double beverage" is selected in the "Dispensing mode"
parameter in the "Common settings".
To adjust the volume of the milk and milk foam, the "Adjust milk volume" parameters must be
changed.

Description
If adjustments need to be made to the milk steps, the air pump must under no circumstances
be adjusted manually during the last milk step to achieve the desired result. To do this, the "Air
pump offset" parameter must be adjusted.
