Basic recipe for cooking pancakes.

Flour
– 500 g
Vegetable oil (fat)
– 3 table spoon
Mix aggs and milk. Add flour and vegetable oil, stir well. Leave the dough for 1 hour.
Basic recipe for cooking cakes.
The cakes is a sort of pancakes. They are cooking with solt or flavoring.

– 1 L
Water
– 300 ml
Buckwheat flour
– 500 g
Wheat flour
– 100 g
Solt
Boiled butter
– 100 g
Mix eggs, milk, water and beat up ingredients. Separetly mix buckwheat flour and Wheat flour, add apice of salt.
Add flours and salt with eggs, milk and water. Add boiled butter and bring the dough till the condensed milk
consistansy. Leave the dough for 1 hour.
Pancakes with sugar and lime.
Use the basic recipe higher for prepearing dough.

Bake each pancake aroung 1 minute. Turn the pancake and bake 1 minutes more.
Take out the pancake and put to the flat pan. Frost and add lemon juice.
Roll pancake in the squere “envelop” The pancake is ready.

Flour

Egg (50 g)

Sugar
— 20 g
Butter
— 25 g
Milk
— 550 ml
Yeast
— 7 g
Salt
— 3 g
Prepare yeast: warm milk slightly, pour out 100g and melt yeast, leave on 10 minuts. Take second part of the
milk (450g) melt salt and sugar with yeast, mix. Beat up egg, add sieved flour, mix. Melt butter and add to the
dough, stir. The dough shoukd be smooth, consistence
– liquid sour cream. Put the dough to the warm place for
3-4 hours. During this time dough need to mix some times. Bake the pancake from two sides on to the hot
pankace maker with adding oil.
