7.5. Reassembly
1. Start by mounting the four locking shafts
in nozzle housing. The chamfer should be
facing away from the nozzle housing as
shown on the picture. While mounting the
locking rings it is important that the pins is
facing into the nozzle housing as shown
on the picture, otherwise they could block
the machine from rotating.
2. Now put together the gearbox. If the
bearings have been changed, carefully
press them into places. Be observant when
mounting the bearing 20021 so that it is
mounted fl at to avoid unnecessary wear.
3. Be careful not to damage the gear teeth while mounting the gear and gear
shafts. Turn the gear shafts and the gears to make the hole in the gear shafts
visible through the hole in the gears. This will enable the stopscrew to lock
properly in each shaft.
