Register 1Ah (35h), Demod Quadrature NCO - Asynchronous Mode Control

This register provides asynchronous mode control of the demodulator quadra-
ture NCO. 

Figure 3.5.4

 illustrates the breakout of register bit assignments. 

Prior to programming the NCO, the asynchronous mode must be enabled.
