Pickup
softkey to retrieve
the call.
If you want to see more information about the parked
calls, you can use the
button to see the next
screen that looks like this.
You can retrieve calls from this screen using the
same procedure as with the first screen. Use the
button to go back to the first screen.
Legend:
# - System Park Number
Caller ID – Phone number of parked caller
Time – Time when call was parked in 24 hr format
Name –Name of Parked Caller (if available through
caller ID service
Parked by – Extension and name of person that
originally parked the call
Pickup – Softkey retrieves the parked call
Refresh – Softkey updates the list of parked calls
Hangup – Exit feature and return phone to
idle state.
