IN CASE OF MALFUNCTIONS
In case of malfunctions, please observe and check the following points before requesting service.
Barcooler does not cool:
Is the power supply interrupted?
Has the mains plug been removed from the socket?
Has
the
corresponding
fuse
tripped?
Barcooler does not cool sufficiently:
Is the temperature set correctly?
Can
the
cold
air
circulate
freely?
Has
the
fan
been
delivered?
Has the door been opened frequently or for a longer period
of
time?
Barcooler is noisy in operation:
Are the feet correctly adjusted and touching the floor?
Does the barcooler stand vertically and horizontally?
Is there a mudguard on the rear side that touches the wall?
Does the device touch other devices or objects?
Condensation on the outside:
In very warm or humid climate, or depending on location
of the Barcoolers, it can happen that there is a risk that
condensation on the outside of the unit.
This is normal and happens when water particles from the
Striking cold surfaces with air. Wipe off the condensation.

If the above information does not lead to success, disconnect the unit from the power supply by
unplugging the power cord. Place the contents of the barcooler in another refrigerator or a suitable
container. Contact the dealer from whom you purchased the device and have the following information
ready:
1. detailed description of the malfunction
2. exact product description / product number
3. serial number
4. your name, address and telephone number
5. date of purchase
6. desired date for service visit
