8. Repair
All repairs & maintenances must be done after stopping the machine and unplugging the
power supply; No repair & maintenance could be done without unplugging the power supply
or during its operation.
8.1 Tension the chain
1) Unfasten the fixing screw of the motor

Rotate the pulling bolt clock wise to tension the chain

Fasten the fixing screw of the motor.
8.2 Replace the Spring Pin and Jackscrew
1.
Unscrew the fixing bolts; dismantle the driving shaft from the shelves assembly (8.2.1).
2.
Hold the broken spring pin with steel column or iron nail. Knock it off with a hammer
softly. Install a new one (8.2.2).
3.
Dismantle the broken jackscrew, replace it with a new one.
8.3 Replace the Plastic Cone-Gear Assembly
1.
Dismantle the shelves, then the shelf assembly would be seen (8.3.1).
2.
Dismantle the four fixing bolts of the broken shelf frame and the fixing bolts of the
neighboring frame (8.3.2).
3.
Pull upward the shelves assembly to dismantle it from the neighboring sleeve (8.3.2).
4. Replace it with a new shelves assembly, fasten all the bolts.
Noise during
operation.
Lubrication is
required.
Lubricate the transmission parts by referencing
