When is enable the thermal protection motor should review the need to use the manual restart
function.
With the factory settings (automatic restart), once skipped the motor thermal protection, when is
produced the motor cooling, it re-starts automatically.
If the motor connected to the inverter has thermal protection, the inverter must be re-programmed
for
manual reset
.
To make the necessary adjustments, you must fi rst unlock the equipment (See section 5.1) and then
follow steps below:
5.2.1. Steps to follow manual reset activation for manual regulation mode (with fron-
tal wheel)
• Fan stopped,

displayed in the screen,
bridge b24V – DI3 (no b24V
– DI1 and DI3 – R2C).
• Press
ENTER
and turn wheel on clock wise direction until
“COnF-”
appears in the screen.
• Press
ENTER
and turn wheel on clock wise until “

and turn wheel on counter clock wise until “

again to leave the operating mode enabled.

Evaluate the compatibility of a manual reset in the case of having a COP constant
pressure system linked to protections in case of fi re by controlling the pressuri-
zation in an escape route.
5.3. MINIMUM/MAXIMUM FREQUENCY MODIFICATION
Frequency drives are delivered pre-programmed with a
minimum speed set at 20Hz and a maxi-
mum speed at 50Hz
.
ATTENTION: Continuous power supply of a motor at frequencies below 20Hz can cause a motor
overheat and premature deterioration of the motor. Motors that have been running consistently
below 20Hz will not be covered by the warranty.
