DSP fail fault
This fault occurs when there is an error in the process of initializing the DSP
card, it might occur in the initiation of the system. When a fault occurs the
system cannot be used as voice gateway. When the iBG2016 system fails to
initialize DSP chipset, you have to reboot the system.
Symptoms
On the iBG2016 system, following event will be occurred.
#Feb 09 12:00:47 emergency EVENT DSP module
initialization fails RAISE
Possible Causes
The iBG2016 system fails to initialize DSP chipset.
Troubleshooting
Reboot iBG2016 system fater removing DSP chipset from slot 0 MPU_A.
