Unable to power on.
If you are having trouble turning the product on, there are a number of things to check before
calling the service center.
If there are no issues with the power cord or the remote, the antenna cable may not be
connected properly or the external device may be turned off.
Check the antenna cable's connection and turn the external device on.
If the TV is a model that supports One Connect, check the status of the One Invisible
Connection between the TV and One Connect.

store.
Display units at the store are tuned to a digital UHD or HD channel.
Change the digital broadcast receiver, IPTV, or set top box’s output resolution to UHD or HD.
You must use an HDMI cable to display high-resolution images.

The PC must feature a graphic card that supports UHD resolution.

Make sure that the set top box or the cable box supports UHD contents and broadcasts
and configure the resolution. Contact the broadcast service provider for more
information.
If using a
Samsung TV Plus
channel, check the network connection status. The app
might not work and the picture quality may be poor if the network speed is not high
enough.
The picture is distorted.
Video compression may cause picture distortions, especially during fast-moving scenes in
sports events and action movies.
Picture distortions can also be caused by weak signal strength. This type of distortion is
normal.
Having a mobile phone in the vicinity of the TV (within 1m) can create noise in analog and
digital channels.
The colors don't appear to
be right.
If you’re using a component cable, make sure the plugs are connected to the correct ports.
Incorrect connections may cause color problems or a blank screen.
