2. How to check: Automatic
  - Samsung Members reads the SIM card information.
3. Provided information
  - Status: SIM card status.
  - Service provider: Network carrier of SIM card
  - Number: Phone number
4. To test this more accurately,
  - Please try again after removing the SIM card tray and reseating the
SIM card.
  - If possible, please try again with another SIM card.

Fingerprints

1. Purpose: Check the Fingerprint scanner is working.
2. How to check
  - Place your finger on the fingerprint test screen.
  - Samsung Members will check your fingerprint is recognised.

Fingerprint which is not registered in the device can be used in this

test also.
3. To test this more accurately,
