The phone
does not turn
on.
The battery is completely
discharged. Recharge it fully.
“Invalid or
missing SIM
card. You can
still make
emergency
calls if your
service
provider
supports it”
displays.
Check that the SIM card has
been correctly installed.
The bars next
to
disappear.
• If you have just turned on
your phone, wait about 2
minutes, until your phone
finds the network and
receives a signal from the
network.
• If you are in a tunnel or in an
elevator, the phone may not
be able to receive the
network signal properly.
Move to an open place.
• This may appear when you
move between different
service areas. It is normal.
The phone
does not work
properly or
does not work
at all.
Remove the battery from the
phone and insert it back into
the phone. Turn it on again.
Reset your phone.
