3. Remove the one screw securing the ground wire

to the SMPS and unplug the connector from the
SMPS board.
Then remove the four screws securing the Fuser
to the main frame and take out the Fuser.

1. Before you disassemble the Fuser, you should

remove :

2. Unplug the three connectors (H4, H5, H7) from

the HVPS board. Release the connector wires by
removing the cover switch that ties the wires in a
bundle.

When you reassemble the Fuser, if it is
difficult to plug the connector to the SMPS
board, take out the SMPS by removing the
two screws securing the SMPS, then plug the
