4-5-5 Reports : Transmission Report

The Transmission Report shows records of your sending activity and its results.

You can use the Printing Reports procedure (page 33) to print this report.

You can set your SF 2200 to print this report automatically after every 50 send operations. Respond to
the AUTO PRINT REPORTS prompt in the User Options procedure (page 25) by pressing YES.

This report lists :

• Report title
• Date/time the report was printed.
• Terminal ID name and number
• Sequence number, telephone number, date & time, elapsed time, communications mode, number of

pages, and results for each send

• The total time for all sends in the report

The Reception Report shows records of your receiving activity and its results.
