2. Tap at the bottom of the screen. You can also use
Tool and then New .
3. In the Contents tab, enter the information using the Text
Entry screen.
You must tap the field where you want to enter text to
position the cursor. For details about entering information,
see page 2-4.
To add attachment, tap Tool and then Add Attachment ,
select a file to attach from the Documents folder. You can
see the file in the
Details tab. You can also choose
sender’s information.
4. When you are finished writing a mail, tap the Send
button.
The e-mail message is automatically saved in the Draft
folder on your PDA phone.
To synchronise e-mail messages:
1. Connect your PDA phone to the PC using the USB cable.
For details, see page 2-17. Make sure that the PDA phone
is turned on.
2. The PopSync program automatically runs. In the PopSync
window, check the Mail box and click . For details
about Popsync program, refer to the Sync User’s guide on
the CD.
3. The e-mail messages in the Draft folder on your PDA
phone are transferred to the Microsoft Outlook on your
PC. Then the Microsoft Outlook program sends your
messages.
