Start
Caution
There is AC220~240V or DC310~340V
at the Main PCB Power Circuit.
So, be cautious when repairing the
unit or measuring values.

Is the 220 ~ 240V supplied from the
Main PCB CN11 terminal?
No
Is the Main PCB Fuse blown?
Yes
Is the DC310~340V supplied from
BD101 terminal?
Yes
DC 6.2V is supplied between
PW101 terminals # 3 - # 12.
Yes
Is the 12V supplied from
the CE113 terminal?
Yes
Is the 5V supplied from
the CE105 terminal?
Yes
Is the Panel PCB operating normally?
Are loads such as Relay operating
properly?
Is there PCB Short or breakage?
Yes
No
Plug in the unit.
No
Check the wire connections.
No
1) Replace the Fuse (AC 250V 6.3A).
2) Replace the PCB ASS'Y.
Yes
Replace the PCB ASS'Y.
No
Replace the PCB ASS'Y.
No
Replace the PCB ASS'Y.

Replace the PCB ASS'Y.

1) Check the wire connections.
2) Replace the Panel PCB.
- Check the connection of Door Panel PCB.

1) Check the Lead Wire connections.
2) Replace the Relay or PCB ASS'Y.
1) Do Re-soldering.
2) Replace the Main PCB.
