Problem Possible cause Solution
The product is not
level. The appliance has been
installed improperly.
The leveling leg(s) is (are)
damaged or uneven. Make sure the floor is level,
strong, and stable. If the floor
sags or slopes, contact a
carpenter.
Check and level the range. (See
the Installation Instructions.)
The kitchen cabinets are
not properly aligned and
make the range appear to
be not level. Ensure that cabinets are
square and provide sufficient
room for installation.
The display goes
blank. The electrical outlet
Ground Fault Interrupter
(GFI or GFCI) has been
tripped and needs to be
reset.
Your digital control has
been damaged. • Reset the GFI or GFCI on the
electrical outlet.
• Replace the fuse or reset the
circuit breaker.
• If neither of those actions
work, contact Samsung
Customer Care.
