4. Troubleshooting

1) How to resolve CCD Lock because of spring-wire

•

Symptom

When power on the copier machine, UI indicate CCD Lock message and FR-Carriage can’t move on the rail.

•

Cause

Tilted copier set over 20 degree.

When operate scanner in FR pushed condition.

•

Troubleshooting

1) Open the scan glass

2) Bend the spring like picture
