4. Troubleshooting

► Error Code

S1–2111

► Error message

Video System Failure #S1-2111: Turn off then on.

► Symptom

The machine can’t detect memory during booting.

► Troubleshooting method

1) Turn the machine off then on.

2) If the problem persists, turn the machine off again.

3) Remove the rear cover.

4) Replace the main board(

).

Insert the MSOK to the new main board.
