3. Disassembly and Reassembly

3.3.29. Scanner Unit(Platen Unit)

Remove the ADF(DSDF or RADF) unit.

Remove 6 screw-caps and 6 screws. Then release the
scan-rear cover.

Remove 5 screw-caps and 5 screws. Then release the
scan-front cover.

Remove 3 screw-caps and 3 screws. Then release the
scan-left cover.

Remove 3 screw-caps and 3 screws. Then release the
scan-right cover.

Unplug the scan cables.
