Pork satay
20 pcs
Pork satay ingredient
250 g - slice pork, 1 tbs - Curry powder, 1
tbs - Crush lemongrass, 1 tbs - coriander root,
2 tbs - evaporate milk, ¼ ts - salt, 1 tbs -
oyster sauce, 2 ts - sugar
Peanut dip
½ cup - crush peanut, 3 tbs - chili paste, 2 cup
- coconut milk, 4 tbs - palm sugar, 3 tbs -
tamarind juice, 1½ salt
Cucumber side dish
¼ cup - Vinegar, ½ ts - salt, 2 tbs - sugar,
¼ cup - Cucumber slice, ¼ cup - red onion
slice, 2 tbs - paprika slice
Pork satay
1.
Mix curry powder, lemongrass coriander
root, milk, salt sugar and oyster sauce.
2.
Marinate with pork for 15 minutes and
then stab with stick.
3.
Put on grill rack use grill for 10 minutes.
4.
Then turn bottom up use grill again for
10 minutes, serve with dip and side dish.
Peanut dip
1.
Mix all ingredients except peanut
together put in microwave use MW 800
watt for 2½ minutes.
2.
Bring out add crush peanut, prepare for
serve.
Cucumber side dish
1.
Mix vinegar salt sugar together use MW
800 watt 1½ minutes, bring out add with
cucumber, onion and paprika prepare for
serve.

250 g - chicken wings, 2 tbs - oyster sauce,
½ tbs - pepper, 1 tbs - chili sauce (Sriracha
brand), 1 bay leave
1.
Mixed oyster sauce, bay leave, pepper,
chili sauce together then marinate with
chicken wings leave for 15 minutes.
2.
Put it on Grill rack and use MW+Grill
600 watt for 4 minutes.
3.
Turn the bottom back use MW+Grill
600 watt for 4 minutes. serve.

Grilled
whole
chicken
4 Serves
1 whole chicken (500 gram.), ½ tbs - sugar,
3 tbs - oyster sauce, 2 tbs - soybean sauce,
½ tbs - pepper, 2 coriander root, 2 tbs - garlic,
2 tbs - oil, 1 tbs - Chinese wine (shao hsing)
1.
Used mortar to crush coriander root
garlic and pepper together. Then mix
with sugar, oyster sauce, soybean sauce,
Chinese wine and oil together.
2.
Marinate all to chicken about 20 minutes.
3.
Put chicken in square-shaped glass
bowl and use MW+Grill 600 watt for
15 minutes(Breast-side down).
4.
Turn the bottom up and use MW+Grill
600 watt for 15 minutes. serve.

Grilled fish
with salt
4 Serves
500 g - Sea bass, 2 tbs - Salt, 2 tbs - Garlic,
1 ts - Pepper, 1 tb - coriander root, 2 piece
crush Lemongrass
1.
Put all herb in fish’s stomach, and Spring
salt on the fish then put on Grill rack.
2.
Put into the microwave use MW+Grill
600 watt for 20 minutes.
3.
Serve hot with seafood dip.
