This list identifies the symbols you’ll see on your phone’s display screen:
Displays the received signal strength. The greater the number of bars, the
stronger the signal.
Displays the UMA signal strength. The greater the number of bars, the
stronger the signal.
Displays when a microSD card is detected.
Displays when a new text message was received.
Displays when a new multimedia message was received.
Displays when you set an alarm to ring at a specified time. For more details,
see
"Alarm"
on page 129.
Displays when you are out of your service area.
Displays when a call is in progress.
Displays when the Call Forwarding feature is active. For more details, see
"Call forwarding"
on page 106.
Displays when Alert type is vibration or you set the phone to vibrate when
you receive a call.
Displays when the speaker is enabled during an active call.
Displays when Mute is enabled during an active call.
Displays when Silent Mode is active.
Displays while your phone is synchronizing data with the network.
Shows the level of your battery. The more bars you see, the more power
remains.
Displays when Bluetooth wireless technology is active.
