ALARM REMINDER / MESSAGE
Allows the system administrator or technician to set or change the
alarm clock/appointment reminder feature for any station. This must be
done by the system administrator or technician for single line
telephones as they cannot access programming. Two alarms may be set
for each station and each alarm may be defined as a one-time or TODAY
alarm or as a DAILY alarm as described below. The TODAY alarm is
automatically canceled after it rings while the DAILY alarm rings
every day at the same time. Alarm numbers are 1 and 2.

Messages are written using the keypad. Each key press selects a
character. Pressing the dial pad key moves the cursor to next
position. For example, if the directory name is "SAM SMITH", press the
number "7" three times to get the letter "S". Press the number "2"
once to the letter "A". Continue selecting characters from the table
below to complete your message. Pressing the "A" key will change the
letter from upper to lower case.
