Power Off

Did check the foreign objects between

the heat sink pin?

Remove foreign objects

*Cold heat sink assembly defect occurs.

Yes

Is the bolt of the heat sink fully tightened?

Tighten Bolt

Yes

Did check the foreign objects between

the heat sink and IPM?

1. Cause of problem

Complete

Remove foreign objects and

apply the heat sink grease.

And then reassembly

Outdoor unit display

(FAN1 PCB)

(FAN2 PCB)

Criteria

∙ IPM internal temperature more than 85°C (E455, E355)

Cause of problem

∙ Heat sink and IPM assembly defective.
∙ Defective heat sink cooling
