Gateway list
The gateway lists contains all the known and connected gateways which are entered manual-
ly. A maximum of 60 gateways can be linked to a gateway. Five of them can be entered as
domain addresses.
IP or domain IP address or domain address of the gateway
Port Port number of the gateway for the Modbus TCP connection (Port:
502)
Entering '0' deactivates the gateway.
Station list
The station list contains the links between the connected gateways and the internal station ad-
dresses. The corresponding gateways can be selected from a drop-down list of devices which
must first be entered into the left table.
St. Adr Internal station address
The valid range is between 1 and 247.
Station addresses must not be the same as the Modbus address of
the gateway.
Gateway Specifies with which gateway the station address is to be linked
Timeout for establishing TCP
communication
Maximum duration in milliseconds to establish Modbus TCP connec-
tion.
Max. attempts Maximum number of attempts to establish communication with the
gateway
Once the entered number of attempts is reached, no new attempt is
made to establish communication.
