Remove the screws (4) and the arm (5).

Remove the swivel and replace it with a new one, or replace the seals. Make sure the seals are placed correctly (fig. 8).
5.
Grease the interior of the swivel and place it carefully back on the shaft until it touches the bearing on the spool.
6.
Place back the rest of parts in reverse order.
