6.2.3. Procedure C: Cleaning the transfer pump
When stopping the
Inotransfer
pump, it is necessary to drain the powder lines as well as the pump itself. To do this,
remove the drawing rod from the container and direct it on the powder outlet side towards the ventilation by
clamping it firmly.
Then start the cleaning cycle by selecting switch (
A
) and
activating switch (
B
) until no more powder comes out of the
pump.
The cleaning cycle allows the filter elements to be cleaned,
thus avoiding early wear. It is advisable to start cleaning
cycles regularly even if only one shade is used.
6.3. Replacement
6.3.1. Procedure D1: Replacement of the transfer pump
• Disconnect the compressed air hoses at the box.
• Disconnect the powder supply hoses from the 2 ringed sockets
• Release the pump from its support by unscrewing the 2 screws M6 x 60 in the center of the pump.
• Proceed in reverse order for reassembly
After reassembly, it is imperative to check the continuity of the grounding on each of the
ringed sockets via the general grounding.
