6. Maintenance
Before any intervention on the Inotransfer, switch off the electrical and pneumatic power
supply.
6.1. Maintenance summary table
The soiling and wear of the different elements of the
Inotransfer
equipment caused by the passage of the powder
depends on the nature of the powder and the operating conditions.
Therefore, the periodicity of maintenance indicated in the procedures below is only indicative.
The user will have to create his own maintenance range as he uses the
Sames
equipment.
6.2. Cleaning
6.2.1. Procedure A: Cleaning the cart
Every 1,000 hours (or twice a year):
• Clean the outside of the cart and box. Make sure there is no powder build-up.
• Check that there is no powder inside the box that could damage the operation of the pneumatic equipment.
Clean if necessary.
6.2.2. Procedure B: Visual check of the protective filters
Once a week:
• Check the condition of the protective filters.
