Maintenance and service

6.5.1.

Daily maintenance

When you finish each day of operation carry out the following maintenance:

check all visible parts and components and their connections; tighten all

loose bolt connections and nuts and replace all damaged and/or worn parts with new genuine ones,

clean the mower from any soiling,

wash the mower with pressurized water after each operation, especially between discs and
cutterbar, because grass with mud may damage bearings in disc module,

check the cutterbar,

grease PTO shaft tubes with STP grease.

6.6.

Storing of the machine

Store  the  disconnected  mower  in  standstill  position,  so  that  the  mower

s  cutterbar  is  on  the

ground.  Store  the  aggregate  on  a  paved  ground,  best  if  under  roof,  in  places  inaccessible  to
unauthorised  persons  and  animals.  Store  the  machine  in  a  dry  place,  and  if  it  is  exposed  to  any
precipitations bear in mind its periodic lubrication.

If the machine is stored for a long period of time before first operation:

Check the mower's technical condition, and the drive in particular,

Paint the area where the paint is missing,

Make sure that all nuts and screws are tightened properly,

Make sure that all guards are in place,

Protect all operating parts with grease in order to prevent their baking and creating any sources
of corrosion, which significantly influences mower's proper operation,

Check  oil  level  in  axis  gears  and  cutterbar.  If  leaks  are  found  remove  them  immediately  and
refill the oil. If water in oil is discovered, immediately change the oil as it could cause corrosion
of internal mechanisms such as gear wheels, bearings, or shafts, and cause breakdowns.
