  Sam4POS 6600/4800II Program Manual v2.12 

Team Viewer 

Team Viewer is a remote access utility that can be used to remotely support the SAM4POS application. The 
Team Viewer Quick Support application is already pre-loaded on the SAM4POS terminals. A connection to the 
Internet is required for to be able to use this feature.

From the 

SYSTEM

 menu selection screen, touch 

TEAM VIEWER

 to allow remote access to the 

SAM4POS.

The 

Team Viewer Quick Support ID

 screen appears. You will need to provide this ID code to the 

support person to allow them access to this SAM4POS terminal.  

 

3.

 

When the support person signs on with the code provided, the confirmation screen below is displayed.

Press 

Allow

 to confirm you want to allow remote support access. 

5.

 

The SAM4POS application will close and the main Android screen is loaded.
