Checklist for the insertion of the range
Base instruction how to proceed with the installation and commissioning
A= Range delivered in 1 piece.
B= Range delivery in different sections (Separated Top and base)

Check drawing
mind special hints on the drawing

Offload range (do not bend!)
Glasses may break and the frame may be crushed
4 Flap down the operation panels
5 Remove side panels (if existing)
6 Remove fryers and pasta cookers (if existing)
7 Loose screws and nut between top and below fundament
8 Check if cables are not stuck

Remove top element and bring to installation site
Attention! Do not bend top element!
10 Transport below fundament to installation site
11 Transport plinth (if existing) to installation site
12 Place plinth (if existing)
13 Put below fundament on plinth (see drawing, measuring)
14 Level out below fundament

Place top element on below fundament
take care of wires

Connect top element with below fundament
screws and nuts
17 Level out top element

Install fryers and pasta cookers (if existing) – by screws and
cemented
19 Connect drains
20 Connect pressure lines (water, gas)

Connect cables
The range was completely wired and tested in factory - all
cables/connections are in place and can be connected effortless
(see description and electrical scheme)
22 Check generators
23 Assemble side panels (if existing)
24 Close all panels, doors
25 Connect range to power supply (installation compartment)

Test the range

Check assignment of knobs to the corresponding zones
