Roast Turkey Breast
5 lb. (2.2kgs)
turkey breast
2 tbsp. (30 ml)
butter
1 tbsp. (15 ml)
olive oil
Kosher salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp. (15 ml)
poultry seasoning
• Spread butter underneath the turkey skin
• Brush the outside of the turkey breast with oil
• Sprinkle with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning
• Follow the directions in the HOW TO USE Pre-programmed settings.
Use preprogrammed ‘Chicken’ setting.
• Allow the turkey breast to rest for 10 minutes so the internal
temperature reads 165°F (74°C).
